I love the ability to bring together like-minded people for dinners. I wish I made time to host these dinners more often at my home.

I have not seen anybody do them better than Troy Carter and Suzy Ryoo over at the Atom Factory office. I am headed there tonight for an event hosted by thirdculture to connect Berlin and LA based creatives, entrepreneurs, and investors.

I always meet amazing people at Atom Factory dinners. Furthermore, the format of allowing everybody to individually share and eventually forming one group conversation is fantastic! In fact, I used it for the 40under40 dinner during Grammys week earlier this year.

If you’ve never hosted a mastermind dinner before, it’s quite simple – Bring together people you love who you think may be interested in meeting each other. If you’re looking for a more detailed approach, feel free to pick up this book on it.
