Some of us believe, “I am who I am” or “You can’t teach a new dog old tricks” or “I’m not a morning person” – This is a fixed mindset.

The reality is we can become whoever we aspire to be – Whoever we choose to tell ourselves we are.

The brain behaves like a muscle.

In order to grow, it needs exercise.

It needs to be tested.

It needs to be trained.

It needs to learn.

It needs to be brought to the point of exhaustion and failure to become stronger.

Without failure, there is no adaptation; without failure, there is no growth.
