Think of “home runs” as the real wins for your artist – The building blocks for their campaign which propel immense growth.
When I look at the home runs we’ve hit the past couple months, it’s amazing how many of them were months or years in the making.
Often times, they took more than one team member to make happen. In each instance, we built genuine relationships – we created memorable moments, shared knowledge and our network, and educated about our artists.
In other words, it’s not just enough to swing the bat for the fences.
You need to set-up the field… Drop the bases in place so when the moment comes, you can actually “touch ’em all”.
