There’s always another deal with its glassy, polished appearance trying to attracting your attention… Will it be great or is it testing your shiny object syndrome?

There’s a difference between closing a deal and doing the work. It’s usually fun to close deals, but it’s not always fun to do the work.

Almost all projects are 10x harder and require 10x more work than originally anticipated. If you’re still interested in pursuing a deal knowing it will take 10x more effort than you currently anticipate, then it’s probably worth moving forward.
