The beauty about gratitude is when you practice it, you only create positive vibes within yourself and out to the world.

You can’t judge somebody else and be grateful for them at the same time.

If you’re grateful, it’s also very difficult to be depressed.

Depressive thoughts usually stems from the feeling of lack of something in our lives.

When you feel gratitude, you accept you are whole and complete just the way you are. And that is beautiful.
