I am the founder of TH3RD BRAIN – we are dedicated to creating together with the most talented people in the world in a way that inspires others to accomplish their dreams.

Our company has developed and represented acts ranging from Krewella to Gallant from Grace VanderWaal to ZHU. It is because of them I have been blessed to achieve a semblance of success in this competitive industry.

At TH3RD BRAIN, we also operate an independent record label with artists such as Emmit Fenn, James Vickery, and NoMBe. We also launched the first accelerator for recording artists.

I am married to my brilliant wife Rachel. I am passionate about reading, and consistently exploring self-improvement as I am always committed to finding a better way.

I wrote dozens of posts on Facebook in 2017 under the name #20something Thought of the Day, and after receiving great feedback from my community, I decided to take the next step with Art of a Manager. My goal is to share ideas, art, and solutions that contribute to the music industry and our world.

I’ve never done this before so am grateful to you for subscribing and providing feedback at every turn.

I was largely inspired by Fred Wilson of Union Square Ventures, who has a blog titled AVC, standing for A Venture Capitalist. He has written something every day since September 2003. Hoping I can keep a streak going that long… As my friend James Clear writes, if you’re starting a habit, and miss a day, just get back on track. And that’s what I plan to do. It’s my intention to share with you every day so thanks for reading in advance.
